Price: AED 300 per person (private tour, minimum 2 guests)
The best way to understand a city is through its food. On this evening tour, your licensed Noor Al Manzil guide takes you into the busy lanes of Old Dubai on both sides of Dubai Creek, where traders from Arabia, Iran, India and Pakistan have been cooking and selling for generations.
You cross the creek by traditional abra, wander the Spice Souk and Gold Souk, and stop at small local eateries to taste favourites such as Emirati luqaimat, fresh shawarma, falafel, Arabic coffee with dates and a cup of karak chai. Along the way you hear the stories behind the dishes and the people who made Dubai a trading port.
Tell us about any food allergies or dietary needs when booking and we will plan the stops around them.
